Raw Chocolate

The world loves chocolate. There were 3.97 million tons of cocoa beans produced in 2008-2009. That’s unbelievable – there must be something to it that it’s almost everyone’s favorite treat.

But magic is in the beans (that aren’t sweet) – not the sugar. Chocolate comes from cocoa beans. Raw cocoa was also termed the nourishment of the gods by the Aztecs. It’s a superfood with lots of antioxidants and stimulating chemicals such as phenylethylamine which stimulates the sense of excitement and well-being. The Journal of Sexual Medicine published a study that found that women who enjoy a piece of chocolate on a daily basis have a more active sex life than those you don’t.

Maca

Maca is a trendy superfood from Peru. And it deserves to shine: It grows 4,100 m above sea level in the Andes.   • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 hand full of soaked almonds cups
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon of raw chocolate powder
  • 2 teaspoons of Maca
  • 1 half teaspoon of Ashwagandha
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Bit of honey

What Else do You Need?

Blender or hand blender

How to do it?

  • Peel the banana
  • Spoon the avocado out
  • Pour everything into a jar
  • Blend everything together
  • Decorate with cinnamon

Additional Tips

  • Drink in the morning for breakfast, or after your workout with some protein powder added, or an hour before your sex date.
