Today I have the special honor to introduce you to Camille Crimson, maker and model of The Art of Blowjob. Her mission is to “change the face of porn and show that it could be something beautiful”. She was kindly available for an interview, which by the way contains some explicit language and imagery. Please enter: Camille:

Q: Hi Camille. It’s a pleasure to have you here on Orgasmic Discourses, and have the opportunity to talk to you about your projects. What’s the special thing about blowjobs for you? Why do you love them so much?

A: They’re a very intimate act with a lot of potential for sensuality. So often, we forget how beautiful and nuanced they can be. It’s really quite an erotic thing to give pleasure, and a blowjob is definitely one way of doing that.

Q: To share your intimacy with the world is very inspiring for me. Have you always been so open sexually?

A: Because I’m doing this with my boyfriend, it feels very validating and freeing. It took a while, until about my 20s, to feel comfortable. This coincided nicely with meeting him. Feeling this kind of love made me feel so much more at ease with myself, including my sexuality.

Q: You mainly shoot photos and videos with your boyfriend. What kind of inner attitude do you have towards yourself and towards your boyfriend during a blowjob?

A: I just try to be in the moment, to really savor what’s going on. There are so many wonderful things in life that we just let pass us by, so I want to be aware and present. I pay attention to how he feels, how he tastes, how he reacts and the wonderful connection we have.

Q: Would you say you give better blowjobs without a camera? Or does the camera make you even better at it?

A: I think that the camera has no effect, really.  We’re two people in love… Whether on film or not, I think they’re always pretty special.

Q: I love diversity because I believe it’s one of the feminine powers. Do you like to play around with different roles? Like for example being more dominant, girly girl, shy, etc.?

A: Definitely. Every video and photo set is fundamentally all about blowjobs, so playing with the way we approach it is key.  Sometimes we’re very playful or low-key, other times it’s much more sensual and seductive.  Little things like eye contact, focusing on different sensations, capturing different moods… It makes everything feel different each time.

Q: You are an expert in this field. Tell us, how did you learn about giving blowjobs? Did you teach yourself or did your boyfriend show you what he likes?

A: It’s always a mixture. He didn’t ever set out to teach me, but we all learn if we pay attention to signals of what works and what doesn’t work.  It’s a very individual thing, so I’ve learned how to please him by being creative and intuitive with his body.

Q: Many women do have trouble giving a blowjob because they are afraid of performing. How did you become so passionate and confident in giving blowjobs?

A: I think the biggest thing you need to do is just remember that you’re doing something he loves and something that not everyone is willing to give.  You don’t need to be perfect.  Ask questions, delve deeper and you’ll find that you will continuously figure out what makes him feel good…  And that will only increase your confidence!

Q: Do you like to receive oral sex as well? Or are you more of a giver?

A: Oh, I definitely love being pleasured orally. Giving and receiving are both big pleasures in my life!

Q: What’s your favorite blowjob technique?

A: I love lots of them.  That said, my boyfriend certainly enjoys a trick where I deep throat him and stick out my tongue to lick his balls… That level of skill always makes me feel quite sexy, but it’s a challenging move.

Q: Some people say it’s all about the tongue?

A: Everyone is different.  Some people love tongue, others love deep throating, others love focusing on the frenulum, others love attention on their balls… There’s no one universal trick because everybody is different.  So much of the joy is figuring out what works.

Q: I love your videos and photos – they are all very aesthetic and beautiful. Not as animalistic as most of the porn on the Internet. Do you have lots of female members/fans?

A: Yes, we do!  I love them, especially when they take the time to comment on my blog or say hi on social media, because they’re always so interested in and thoughtful about porn.  Women are underappreciated as an audience and I think making a wider variety of porn will help to make them feel more accepted.

Q: Are you planning in the future to do some more work around porn for women from the point of view of women? Or even a guide for women on how to learn the Art of Blowjob?

A: So far, creating a how-to hasn’t been something that really has worked.  It’s hard to make it sexy.  I’d rather lead by example and show my passion and enthusiasm by making porn that works for my boyfriend and I.

Q: What’s your biggest secret of giving men pleasure?

A: Just be enthusiastic. If you’re phoning it in, people can tell.  There’s nothing sexier than being genuinely passionate about giving pleasure.
